Shipping & Returns
Shipping to the U.S.A. (U.S. Postal Service) and to Canada (Canada Post) is calculated is dependent on your location. All orders over $75 before taxes qualify for free shipping. Currently, we ship to Canadian and American addresses, excluding Hawaii & Alaska. All orders are processed within 1 business day. Depending on your shipping location, orders will be delivered in 2-10 business days. Xpress shipping is also available for a different fee.
Not quite right? That’s OK. You can return online purchases by mailing it back to us following the step-by-step instructions below. If you purchased an item somewhere other than our website, please contact the store and follow their return procedures.
- Within 10 days of the shipping date: you can exchange your item or receive a refund to the original method of payment.
- After 10 days: we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.
- If the return lowers your purchase order below the free shipping rate we will have to charge a restocking fee of $15.00.
- Within 10 days of the shipping date: you can exchange your item, or we’ll issue you a merchandise credit with a promo code available online. Sorry, no refunds to original form of payment for sale or discounted items.
- ITEMS PURCHASED AT 50% OFF OR MORE ARE FINALE SALE.
Return & Exchange Details
For all returns or exchanges, items must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached. If you purchased an item somewhere other than our website, please contact the store and follow their return procedures. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded.
How to Request a Return
We must authorize all exchanges prior to return. Please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to make an exchange/refund authorization request within the 10 days of the order's delivery date. Please note that we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
You’ll soon receive an email with your Return Number. Be sure to have your package post-marked and sent off within the 10-day period.
Your Return Package: 3 Steps To Prep
- If you saved your box, put the item(s) you want to return securely back in it, along with the original invoice and securely seal the box.
- Stick the Prepaid Return Labelwe've provided on top of the original shipping label (make sure the previous label barcode is completely covered).
- Book a pick-up with the shipping carrier found on your Prepaid Return Label or drop off your package at the shipping carrier's location.
Note: If you are returning multiple items, please try to include all items in one box and use one Prepaid Return Label (even if some of them arrived in separate shipments or boxes). When your refund is complete, we'll e-mail you right away and let you know.
P.O. Box Deliveries Only: If your purchase was shipped to a P.O. Box in Canada, please drop off your return at Canada Post.
Online Return Refund & Processing
Your refund will be credited to the original method of payment via milesbaby.com. Please note that initial shipping fees will not be refunded, if applicable.
All refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of your return package.
Any exchanges received that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of Miles Baby.
Lemur Group regularly monitors returns to identify misuse or abuse of our shipping and returns policies. We may flag some customers who meet our criteria for excessive returns or abuse of these policies. Customers who are flagged may be subject to review and revocation of our standard return policies. We reserve to right to refuse service to anyone.
