We are looking for a passionate, creative, and well-connected Marketing Manager to lead our small and agile Montreal based team. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of our brands' marketplace(s). As the Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute effective marketing strategies to increase our brands' awareness and drive business growth.


  • Lead a team in planning and creating 360 marketing campaigns (e-commerce, in-store, paid media, social media, PR);
  • Provide direction and oversee the creative development for all programs from initial briefing to final execution;
  • Accountable for the master campaign calendar;
  • Ensure consistency and alignment with each respective brand purpose, personality, and tone of voice;
  • Communicate brand values through brand activation campaigns, charitable endeavors, PR campaigns, and related collaborations;
  • Identify and exploit any potential opportunity to drive brand awareness;
  • Work closely with Project Lead to manage timelines, budgets, and day-to-day alignment for all projects related to brand development and wholesale seasons;


  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in brand marketing - ideally working with consumer goods category and with a retail or PR background;
  • Preference for someone who has managed a team of 1 or more people;
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications;
  • Keen understanding of key industry influencers, industry happenings and opportunities;
  • Strong analytical and communication skills: a proven ability to persuade and sell strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and demonstrate ROI;
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring OTIF delivery;
  • Forward-thinking, flexible, adaptable and open to change;
  • Ability to execute in the short-term while simultaneously developing a longer-term strategy;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong collaborative and team spirit;
  • Bilingual, with strong verbal and written communication in English and French;
  • Must be able to travel approx. 20% (some night and weekend travel is required).
