E-COMMERCE COORDINATOR

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for an industrious and dedicated candidate with a passion for e-commerce and customer relations to join our small and agile e-commerce Montreal based team. Working closely with the Marketing Department and Corporate Administration, the eCom Coordinator will mainly be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and the day to day operations of our various digital sales channels. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Continuously oversee all incoming customer communications - website, email, live chat, telephone, and social media channels;
  • Respond to customers via live chat, email, social media channels and phone with speed and professionalism, providing excellent customer support and consistent branded tone of voice;
  • Leverage customer communications into opportunities for increasing engagement and sales, including personal follow-up to key customers;
  • Share customer feedback with relevant teams;
  • Manage the Return Management Authorization process;
  • Responsible for building each season's Digital Asset Management and Product Information Management Databases;
  • Accountable for ensuring that all product photography is produced and in the various requested formats; 
  • Research and develop standard procedures, policies and best practices for a better customer experience;
  • Assist the Project Lead in various eCommerce related tasks;
  • Conduct regular site merchandising optimizations and inventory analysis for all online sales channels;
  • Ensure consistent communication and representation across all channels;
  • Track campaign results and generate and analyze reports regularly;

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to demonstrate passion and industry knowledge of online retail landscape; 
  • Tech savvy, preference for those with experience using MailChimp, Magento, Shopify, Shipstation 
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous work ethic with a patient and positive disposition;
  • Must be an excellent written communicator in both English and French;
  • Experience with Google Adwords, Facebook Advertising Platform, Amazon Seller and Vendor Central an asset;
  • Must be open to working outside regular business hours especially at peak times of year, consistent with online retail calendar.
